From Wilton. Our convenient mix has the delicious taste and creamy texture of homemade buttercream icing - enough to ice a 2-layer 20 cm. cake. You can use Wilton Creamy White Buttercream just as you would your favorite buttercream recipe.

Method: Soften 90 g butter in a bowl, add Icing Mix. Whip with electric mixer at medium speed. Add 0.5 ml. water, milk or cream. Whip on until it is fluffy. Keep it covered with a damp cloth until ready to use. The mixture can be colored with paste color, add a little at a time.
